Registered Dental Hygienist

Overview

Pay range $XX-XX per hour, negotiable based on experience. Up to $10k sign‑on or relocation bonus for full‑time, $5k for part‑time.

• Deliver direct dental care under general supervision of a dentist.
• Perform scaling and prophylaxis, x‑rays, sealants, fluoride application.
• Provide customer service, including same‑day care opportunities.
• Educate patients and parents in oral hygiene.
• Assess dental conditions, review medical history.
• Adhere to regulations and company standards.
• Guide parents and patients through treatment process.
• Assist with charting and record keeping.
• Take and store x‑rays in patient charts.
• Provide compassionate patient experiences.

• Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing.
• CPR (BLS) from ARC or AHA, with hands‑on skill assessment upon hire.
