South Riding Smiles Dental Hygienist (RDH) – $65–$67/hr + $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
Monday–Thursday | Supportive Team | Modern Technology
- Competitive pay: $65–$67/hour
- $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
- Monday–Thursday schedule (7:00 AM–4:00 PM) – enjoy three‑day weekends every week
- One‑hour recall appointments
- 1.25‑hour new patient appointments
- SRP appointments scheduled based on severity
- Modern technology: iTero Scanner, Dental Lasers, and Dentrix

- Perform comprehensive periodontal charting
- Take diagnostic digital radiographs
- Provide prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance
- Administer scaling and root planing (SRP)
- Apply fluoride treatments and preventive therapies
- Educate patients on oral health and home care
- Build lasting relationships through exceptional communication and compassionate care
- Collaborate with doctors and teammates to provide an outstanding patient experience
- Active Virginia Dental Hygiene License (or currently awaiting licensure—welcome you to apply!)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience providing comprehensive dental hygiene services, including periodontal charting, digital X‑rays, prophylaxis, scaling & root planing (SRP), patient education, fluoride treatments, and preventive dental care
- A positive attitude and a team‑first mindset
