* ** Monday–Thursday schedule (7:00 AM–4:00 PM)** – enjoy three-day weekends every week!

* ** 1.25-hour new patient appointments**
* ** SRP appointments scheduled based on severity

* Perform comprehensive periodontal charting
* Take diagnostic digital radiographs
* Provide prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance
* Administer scaling and root planing (SRP)
* Apply fluoride treatments and preventive therapies
* Educate patients on oral health and home care
* Build lasting relationships through exceptional communication and compassionate care
* Collaborate with doctors and teammates to provide an outstanding patient experience## Qualifications
* Active Virginia Dental Hygiene License (
** or is currently awaiting licensure—we welcome you to apply!**)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience providing comprehensive dental hygiene services, including:  + Periodontal charting  + Digital X-rays  + Prophylaxis  + Scaling & Root Planing (SRP)  + Patient education  + Fluoride treatments  + Preventive dental care
