What You'll Do

• Diagnose and treat a wide variety of dental conditions.
• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver high-quality restorative, preventive, and cosmetic dental procedures.
• Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment options.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and treatment documentation.
• Collaborate with an experienced clinical team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

• Maintain the highest standards of infection control and patient safety.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active Virginia Dental License (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills.
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed Base Salary: $200,000 annually
• Performance-based compensation with earning potential up to $400,000+ per year
