About the Position:

The successful candidate will possess a strong commitment to excellence and a proven track record of delivering top-quality dental care, further enhancing our practice’s reputation for clinical excellence.

What we’ll like about you:

• DDS or DMD degree from an ADA-accredited dental school
• Current Virginia license or eligible upon graduation
• Current CPR and BLS certifications, DEA license
• Excellent chairside manner
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Dentists who pursue a career with Bright Smiles Dental will enjoy the following benefits:

• First-year employment guarantee of $200,000 or 30% of adjusted production, whichever is greater
• Second-year earning = 30% of production
• Sign-on bonus of $15,000
• Eligible for Pathway to Partnership

• ADA and State dues covered
• Annual CE Budget of $2500; extensive in-house CE program.
