We are a well-established, modern private dental practice proudly serving the Vienna and Tysons Corner communities. Our PPO and Fee-for-Service practice is built on comprehensive dentistry, exceptional patient care, and long-term relationships.

We are seeking an experienced Associate Dentist who is confident in comprehensive diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient communication. As our Associate Dentist, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care while helping patients understand the value of comprehensive treatment.

• Confident, comprehensive treatment planner
• Excellent communicator who can clearly explain diagnoses and treatment options
• Patient-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional care
• Positive, team-oriented professional with a leadership mindset
• Comfortable discussing treatment recommendations and helping patients make informed decisions
• Interested in long-term growth within a private practice environment

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Active Virginia dental license
• Minimum 4 years of clinical experience in the United States
• Experience in a PPO and/or Fee-for-Service practice preferred
• Proficiency with iTero digital scanning
• Experience with Invisalign treatment planning and case presentation
