Location: Ruckersville
Dental Hygienist Opportunity
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality preventive and periodontal care
- Perform prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and SRP procedures
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and overall dental health
- Partner with dentists on restorative and periodontal treatment plans
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Schedule & Work Environment:
- Full-time: 3 days in Culpeper, 1 day in Ruckersville
- No late nights or weekends
- 60-minute appointments for prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance
- 90-minute appointments for new patients and SRP/periodontal therapy
- Modern technology and fully equipped operatories
- Strong support from auxiliary staff
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
- Strong focus on patient care and communication
- Passion for periodontal health and preventive dentistry
- New graduates welcome
