• Competitive pay: $65–$67/hour
• $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Monday–Thursday schedule (7:00 AM–4:00 PM) – enjoy three-day weekends every week!
• One-hour recall appointments
• 1.25-hour new patient appointments
• SRP appointments scheduled based on severity
• Modern technology including iTero Scanner, Dental Lasers, and Dentrix

• Perform comprehensive periodontal charting
• Take diagnostic digital radiographs
• Provide prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance
• Administer scaling and root planing (SRP)
• Apply fluoride treatments and preventive therapies
• Educate patients on oral health and home care
• Build lasting relationships through exceptional communication and compassionate care
• Collaborate with doctors and teammates to provide an outstanding patient experience

• Active Virginia Dental Hygiene License (or is currently awaiting licensure—we welcome you to apply!)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience providing comprehensive dental hygiene services, including:
• Periodontal charting
• Digital X-rays
• Prophylaxis
• Scaling & Root Planing (SRP)
• Patient education
• Fluoride treatments
• Preventive dental care
• A positive attitude and a team-first mindset
• Passion for delivering excellent patient care
