Family Dentistry of Short Pump

Schedule:

  • Mon-Thurs 7:30 am- 4:30 pm

Bi-weekly, hourly pay + ability to opt into Daily Pay to receive paycheck as earned.

Ability to earn daily + quarterly bonuses!

We have CE coverage available!

Full time is a minimum of 30

HRS to receive full benefits package to include United Healthcare PPO Health Care. Paid Holidays, 401k, Dental, Vision, Wellness Benefits + More!

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Registered Dental Hygienist who is passionate about improving patients' oral health and creating memorable experiences. The ideal candidate is:

  • Hard-working – consistently demonstrates strong clinical standards, time management skills, and a commitment to high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborative – works efficiently within a team environment, communicates clearly, and contributes to a positive, solutions-oriented culture.
  • Detail-oriented – attentive to clinical accuracy, documentation, patient education, and infection-control protocols.

This role is perfect for someone who brings both strong technical skills and a warm, patient-focused personality.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive prophylaxis, periodontal therapy, and preventive care
  • Take and interpret digital radiographs
  • Deliver thorough and clear patient education
  • Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
  • Ensure sterilization and infection-control standards
  • Support restorative care by collaborating with the doctor and clinical team
  • Help maintain a smooth, efficient daily workflow
Required Qualifications
  • Active Virginia Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth
