Dentist (Part-Time

Part‑Time Associate Dentist (Richmond/Colonial Heights) – Provide dental care to primarily pediatric patients in our community. Join a supportive environment that values teamwork and continuity of care.

• Deliver comprehensive dental services to patients with support from the dental team.
• Utilize Denta Pro software, digital x‑ray and Panorex units, fiber‑optic handpieces.
• Participate in yearly OSHA, HIPAA and Emergency Management training.
• Work with a team consisting of one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants per provider.
• Treat a patient base primarily ages 3‑21, managing up to 30% adults depending on location.
• Maintain average office flow of 10‑12 operative patients and 20‑25 hygiene patients per day.
• Accept state insurance plans, PPO and out‑of‑network payor mix.

• Guaranteed base pay of $800/day with uncapped earning potential.
• No lab fees.

• DDS/DMD from an accredited program.
• Current, valid license in any state where you may provide care, or eligibility for licensure.
• Required certifications: CPR, DEA, etc.
• Nitrous oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).
• Compassionate, strong desire to care for children and adults.
