We are seeking a sharp, personable Front Office Coordinator to join our brand-new dental practice from day one. You'll be the first face and voice our patients experience, and a key part of building a warm, well-run office from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to help shape our systems and culture — and for the right person, real potential to grow into a leadership role as we expand.
"This role begins part-time (~20 hrs/week) before we open and grows to full-time as the practice launches."
Responsibilities- Greet and check patients in and out, creating a welcoming first impression
- Answer and manage incoming calls, schedule and confirm appointments
- Verify dental insurance, review benefits, and help patients understand their coverage
- Present and coordinate treatment plans and financial arrangements
- Manage the schedule to keep the day running smoothly and productively
- Handle patient communication (calls, texts, follow-ups) and recall
- Keep the front office organized and support the clinical team as needed
- Help build and refine our front office systems and workflows as we open and grow
- Front office or customer service experience (dental or medical strongly preferred)
- Comfort with dental insurance verification and benefits (a big plus)
- Friendly, professional, and genuinely patient-focused
- Highly organized, reliable, and calm under pressure
- Tech-comfortable;
Open Dental experience a plus (we'll train the right person) - Ambitious and excited to grow with a new practice — leadership potential valued
