Architectural Design Professional in Fairfax, VA. Dewberry Architects, Inc. is seeking an energetic candidate to join our team in our Fairfax office.

As an entry-level professional, you will contribute to design development and support project teams across assignments. (

specific daily duties are defined by project needs and supervision.)

• Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture from an accredited university is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of internship experience with an architectural firm is required.
• Intern Development Program (IDP) process started with the goal of licensure.
• Competent in Revit (BIM), Sketch Up and other modeling programs.
• Skilled in Creative Adobe Suite applications (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles is beneficial; LEED AP is a bonus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A design portfolio or sampling of work will be required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record, and ability to pass a driving record background check.

The projected range for this position is $66,969 - $69,469 annually. Depending on skills, experience, location, and market conditions, the range may vary slightly.
