Family Medicine Physician - Carrollton, VA (Bon Secours Eagle Harbor Medical Associates)

Bon Secours is expanding! We're seeking a Family Medicine Physician for our growing Eagle Harbor Medical Associates practice in Carrollton, VA, conveniently located near the James River Bridge and just minutes from historic Smithfield. Enjoy small-town charm with quick access to Newport News, Suffolk, Portsmouth, Chesapeake, and Hampton Roads.

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

• Call: 1 in 10 days (shared across practices), no hospital duties

• Patient Volume: 18-24 per day after ramp-up period, all ages (low pediatrics, no OB)

• Team: Join 3 established MDs in a supportive, collegial environment

• Technology: Epic EMR, MyChart telemedicine, DAX CoPilot A/I charting that helps providers focus on their patients in real time and minimizes after-hours patient charting

• In-Office Services: Labs, EKG, cryo, minor procedures, diabetes classes, PT next door

• Up to $35,000 sign-on bonus

• Up to $65,000 in medical education debt assistance

• $10,000 relocation support (taxable)

• Guaranteed base salary for 2 years + multiple bonus opportunities (WRVU, quality, APC supervision)

• 35 front-loaded paid days off annually

• CME: Up to $10,000/year

• MD or DO, BE/BC in Family Medicine (ABMS/ABFM)

• Completed U.S. residency

• Strong interest in primary care, chronic disease management, and population health

• Willing to grow your own panel and assist with acute/sick visits
