Spine Surgeon Virginia

A well-established medical group in the Shenandoah Valley is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Spine Surgeon to join a collaborative team of surgical and non-surgical specialists. This is a growth position with an opportunity to develop a spine-focused practice supported by experienced orthopedic, neurosurgical, pain management, and rehabilitation teams.

Position Highlights:

• Focus on comprehensive spine care: degenerative, deformity, and minimally invasive procedures

• Dedicated OR time and block scheduling

• Strong referral base and low trauma burden

• Collaborative, team-based environment with multi-disciplinary support

• Shared call rotation

Qualifications:

• Fellowship-trained in spine surgery (orthopedic or neurosurgery pathway)

• Eligible for unrestricted Virginia medical license

• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
