Seeking a dedicated and versatile General Medicine Physician to provide essential healthcare services through timely Compensation & Pension exams and Separation Health Assessments across various locations in Virginia. This flexible PRN role allows you to make a meaningful impact on Veterans' lives while enjoying a competitive rate structure and supportive team environment.

Required Skills:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with active, unrestricted license in Virginia.
• Proven experience in family medicine, internal medicine, or general medicine.
• Strong interview and physical assessment skills, including range of motion and muscle strength testing.
• Ability to perform non-treatment exams efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent organizational skills for report submission and documentation.

• Prior experience with Compensation & Pension examinations.
• Familiarity with VA or government healthcare protocols.
• Background in orthopedic or rehabilitative medicine.

• Completion of residency or fellowship in family medicine or internal medicine.
• At least 2 years of post-residency clinical experience.
• Previous experience working with Veterans or in a government healthcare setting is advantageous.

• Own office space and necessary medical equipment.
• Ability to commit to 1-3 days per week as per scheduling needs.
• Valid certifications and adherence to all federal, state, and local laws.
• Willingness to undergo quick credentialing and onboarding processes.
• Travel expenses included in the rate; no reimbursements for certifications or portal training prior to start.
