Job Requirements:

Board Certified: REQUIRED Active VA License: HIGHLY Preferred, must be obtained by the time of credentialing BLS/ACLS Certified: REQUIRED Full-Time Availability Starting 8/1/2024: REQUIRED Flu Vaccine: REQUIRED at the time of credentialing COVID Vaccine:
