Hours:

Work four shifts per week, with each shift lasting 8 to 10 hours, depending on patient volumes. The average patient load is 12 to 15 patients per day, providing a steady and manageable workflow. Call Coverage:
The role includes beeper-only call coverage for established patients, with an estimated call frequency of 2 to 5 calls per week. Call is light and conducted by phone only, ensuring minimal disruption to your schedule. Clinical Requirements:
Candidates must be board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine with a fellowship in Hematology and Oncology. An active Virginia (VA) medical license is required, along with certifications in ABLS, ACLS, and BLS. PALS and ATLS certifications are not required.

Experience with the Aria EMR system is preferred for efficient documentation and patient management. Practice Setting:
The position is exclusively outpatient, focusing on managing established patients in a well-supported oncology center. Additional Details:
