Inpatient/Research Focus in Virginia We are seeking a dedicated Locum Hematology Oncology Physician for temporary coverage near Dogue, VA. This assignment is ideal for a physician committed to exceptional patient care and interested in supporting active research studies. Schedule Dates:

Friday, 8:00 AM???5:00 PM Weekends/On-Call:

Key Responsibilities Supervise a Nurse Practitioner and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team Enroll eligible patients in current research studies Provide primarily inpatient coverage, with limited outpatient duties during physician vacations Position Details Setting:
Mainly inpatient; occasional outpatient Patient Population:
Adults Team: 2 physicians; average 12???15 hospital patients per day Clinical Areas:
Oncology (IP/OP) and Hematology EHR: EPIC Reason for Need:
Coverage due to physician relocation Qualifications Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology Active Virginia Medical License Current BLS certification Clean background; NPDB submission required Local candidates only (mileage reimbursement only) This locum assignment offers a valuable chance to join a collaborative team while contributing to impactful research efforts.
