Practice Setting:
Hospital-based Average Number of Cases Per Day: 6 Trauma Level: No trauma designation EMR System: EPIC Patient Demographics:
All ages Types of Cases:
Mix of surgical and non-surgical, with approximately 10% trauma-based Requirements:
Board Certified in Otolaryngology (ENT) ??? Required Active Virginia State Medical License and DEA ??? No exceptions, must already be licensed BLS/ACLS Certification ??? Required Fellowship Training ??? Highly preferred Additional Information:
