This 250-bed inpatient facility provides interventional cardiology services with established protocols to support comprehensive cardiac care delivery. The facility operates on an on-site basis and maintains the resources necessary to accommodate both scheduled clinical coverage and call responsibilities. Clinical operations are structured to support day shift, night shift, and weekend call coverage within the hospital setting.

The clinician will provide day shift, night shift, and 24‑hour weekend call coverage for inpatient interventional cardiology services at this on‑site facility in Virginia. Required procedures include balloon angioplasty, coronary angioplasty, percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), heart catheterization, medical management of vascular disease, coronary angiograms, embolic protection, carotid artery stenting, and atherectomy. Call coverage is a required component of this assignment, encompassing scheduled night shifts and full 24‑hour weekend call responsibilities.

Board certification in Interventional Cardiology is required for consideration.
