Perm Neonatologist – Level III NICU – Fredericksburg, VA

- Experience: Recommended 3+ years in Neonatal ICU care
- Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (plus potential sign-on bonus and relocation assistance)

- Provide expert neonatal intensive care for patients in a Level III NICU and nursery
- Manage high-risk deliveries in collaboration with OB and perinatal teams
- Care for a daily census of approximately 9-11 newborns
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members including nurse practitioners, nursing, and respiratory staff
- Mentor NICU nursing and respiratory therapists to support growing patient acuity
- Develop and implement clinical protocols to enhance care quality
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety protocols
- Engage with hospital leadership and contribute to strategic NICU growth
- Optional moonlighting across Virginia
- Fully licensed or eligible for medical licensure in Virginia
- Board-certified in Neonatology
- Minimum 3+ years of neonatal ICU experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
