Hospice and Palliative Medicine Physician – Fredericksburg, VA

- Employment Type: Contract
- License/Certifications: State medical license, Board Certification in Hospice & Palliative Medicine preferred
- Experience: Prior experience in hospice or palliative care preferred
- Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (please note, actual pay discussed upon application)

- Provide expert hospice and palliative care to patients in a supportive setting
- Collaborate with residents and healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans
- Assist with patient assessments, symptom management, and end-of-life care planning
- Document clinical encounters accurately in accordance with facility protocols
- Support family education and emotional support efforts
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
- Current medical license in Virginia or eligible for licensure
- Board certification in Hospice & Palliative Medicine preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
