Active VA License BC/BE DEA certificate Responsibilities:
Examine, diagnose, treat, counsel and prescribe medications for patients as needed. Provide physical examinations and other general services. Record a summary in each patient's medical chart after each consultation. Make referrals to medical or clinical specialists when necessary. Responsible for providing accurate prevention, diagnosis, and treatment. Responsible for the improvement in patient health and quality of life. Independently resolves daily medical issues.
