About the Opportunity
Augusta Health is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible ENT / Otolaryngologist to join our expanding ENT practice located in the picturesque Shenandoah Valley. As a General Otolaryngologist, you will thrive in our outpatient clinic and state-of-the-art endoscopy suite.
Practice Highlights
Practice Setting :
Employed general Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery role within Augusta Medical Group. Outpatient clinic plus operative component at Augusta Health's main hospital campus.Schedule: 4 Clinic Days and 1 OR Day
Call: 10 days of call per month
Current Staff: 1.9 FTE
Clinical Volume : average annual wRVUs ~8,164 Quality/incentive- 10% of base
Clinic Days /OR Days per week - 4 Clinic days and 1 OR Day
Collaboration: Collegial Medical Staff and large network for gaining new patients. Strong relationship with General Surgery team.
Qualifications
MD/DO with Board Certification in
Eligible for medical licensure in Virginia
Strong interest in delivering state-of-the-art care in community settings
Salary
Base - $ - $
Sign-on- $25,000 with 2 year commitment
Relocation - Up to $7500
