  Residency trained in EM/FM/IM; new graduates within 12 months acceptable; 3-month proctorship required

  Case logs for the last two years; CME/CEU including preeclampsia training; current immunizations and TB test

• Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients presenting to the ED.
• Supervise and direct mid-level providers (NPs and PAs) as the supervising physician.
• Work 12-hour shifts in a coverage model that includes 10-hour mid-level support.
• Manage an average daily volume of approximately 33 patients.
• Collaborate with nursing and support staff to ensure efficient patient flow and quality care.
