Position Overview Join a leading orthopedic and musculoskeletal group as a fellowship-trained Orthopedic Spine Surgeon. This is a private practice, partnership-track opportunity offering the ability to build a high-volume spine practice within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. Position Highlights Partnership track with opportunity for shareholding physician status Access to ancillary revenue streams (imaging, therapy services) Established referral network and strong patient demand Collaboration with orthopedic subspecialists across multiple disciplines Mix of advanced spine procedures and general orthopedic call Practice Environment Large, multi-specialty orthopedic group with statewide presence Integrated services including:
Imaging (MRI) Injection suites Surgery centers Physical and occupational therapy Collegial, physician-driven culture focused on quality outcomes Clinical Scope Spinal fusion (cervical, thoracic, lumbar) Disc replacement surgery Laminectomy and discectomy Minimally invasive spine procedures Spinal decompression Scoliosis correction Kyphoplasty / vertebroplasty Management of spinal fractures, tumors, and infections Qualifications MD or DO Board Certified / Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery Fellowship training in Spine Surgery required Eligible for Virginia medical licensure Comfortable participating in general orthopedic call Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Partnership track with long-term earning potential Comprehensive benefits package including:
