• Board-eligible or board-certified physician with Emergency Medicine experience preferred
• At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience required
• Ability to work flexible day and nocturnist coverage in a busy emergency department
• Comfort working in a high-acuity emergency care environment
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
• Willingness to complete a shadow or training day before the start date

• Provide comprehensive emergency medicine care for a diverse patient population
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with urgent and emergent conditions
• Collaborate closely with nurses, techs, and other physicians to support patient flow
• Cover scheduled day and nocturnist shifts as needed
• Perform emergency medicine procedures when clinically indicated
• Support safe, efficient care delivery in a fast-paced clinical setting
• Participate in orientation and training to ensure a smooth transition into the role
