Cardiothoracic Surgeon

seeks a Cardiothoracic Surgeon for locum tenens coverage at an inpatient facility in Virginia. In this role, you will deliver advanced cardiothoracic surgical care, including pre-operative evaluation, complex heart and thoracic procedures, and post-operative management of acutely ill patients. You will collaborate closely with hospitalists, intensivists, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff to ensure safe, high-quality, evidence-based care. Responsibilities include participating in call coverage, interpreting diagnostics, and documenting thoroughly in the EMR.

Responsibilities

• Provide cardiothoracic surgical care to inpatient patients at a Virginia facility
