Primary Care Lead Community Health System

Augusta Health is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine trained Physician to join our expanding Primary Care Team located throughout the picturesque Shenandoah Valley. As a, you will thrive in our outpatient clinic and state-of-the-art endoscopy suite.

Practice Highlights

• Practice Setting:
  Single clinic setting in the community within a network of 9 primary care locations
• Schedule: Enjoy a 4/10 work week for better work-life balance with no hospital responsibilities
• Call: call is split betweenIM and FM physicians averagingto once a month
• Current Support Staff
• Clinical Volume: average of 14 to 20 patients a day, providers are able to manage schedule
• Collaboration: Collegial Medical Staff and large network for gaining new patients. Strong relationship with General Surgery team.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with Board Certification in Internal Medicine and Family Medicine
• Eligible for medical licensure in Virginia
• Strong interest in delivering state-of-the-art care in community setting

Salary

Starting Salary $316,967

Sign-On- $25,000

Relocation: $10,000 (receipt based)

CME: $4200.00
