PM&R Medical Director

U.S. Physiatry is seeking a PM&R Medical Director for a 60-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Newport News, VA. This full-time position offers flexibility, autonomy, and a stable practice environment backed by PM&R and internal medicine support. • 60-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Newport News, VA
• Practice anchored in inpatient rehab with the ability to supplement with hospital consults and/or SNF and/or LTAC as desired
• Collaborative setting with PM&R and internal medicine support

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient rehabilitation care with the option to supplement with hospital consults, SNF, and/or LTAC care

Compensation

• Base Salary up to $375,000/year
• $40K sign-on bonus
• Monthly productivity bonus with no income cap
• Independent contractor (1099) and employed (W2) pay model options available
• No practice overhead
