Overview
Oak Hill Academy, a historic and nationally recognized boarding school located in the scenic Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia, is seeking a qualified and passionate High School Teacher for the remainder of the 2025–2026 academic year. The start date for this position would be January 18, 2026.
This full-time position will focus on teaching. This position offers the opportunity to join a welcoming, collaborative community dedicated to helping students thrive.

On-campus, Mouth of Wilson, VA
Position Type:
Full-time, Residential Faculty
Responsibilities include teaching high school math courses (upper-level) and contributing to a close-knit academic and residential community. Coaching opportunities are available, including:
- Our world-renowned Oak Hill Basketball program
- Our newly established Paris Saint-Germain Soccer Academy
- Cheerleading, Track, Wrestling and Volleyball
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Science or a related field
- Prior teaching experience strongly preferred
- Ability to teach upper-level high school math courses
- A strong desire to be part of a close-knit academic and residential community
- Willingness to contribute to extracurricular activities and campus life
