Preferred Qualifications:

Possess or qualify for a Virginia License to teach with specific endorsements in Special Education Pre-K
-12 General Curriculum and/or Special Education Adapted Curriculum K-12.

Possess knowledge and skills in the assigned instructional areas.

Demonstrate enthusiasm for the teaching and learning processes.

Demonstrate the professional and personal characteristics necessary to work effectively with students, school personnel, parents, and community members.
