Job Summary

• Develop and implement a comprehensive technology curriculum that meets the needs of diverse learners.
• Teach students the fundamentals of computer science, coding, digital literacy, and emerging technologies.
• Create engaging lesson plans and instructional materials that promote hands‑on learning and collaboration.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their growth and development.
• Integrate technology into various subjects to enhance the overall educational experience.
• Collaborate with other teachers to incorporate technology across the curriculum.
• Stay current with technology trends and best practices in education to continuously improve teaching methods.
• Organize and lead technology‑related extracurricular activities, clubs, or competitions.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to foster a supportive learning community.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Valid teaching certification in Technology Education or willing to obtain.
• Proven experience in teaching technology or related subjects at the middle school level.
• Strong understanding of current technology trends, software, and educational tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for teaching.
• Familiarity with project‑based learning and differentiated instruction is a plus.
