Position Highlights:
  • Two full-time positions available: 37.5 hours per week
  • Serve in a Life Skills classroom (Grades K-5), maximum 10 students
  • Teach Grades K-5 in self-contained or pull-out academic classes, maximum 10 students
  • Work within a classroom supported by dedicated paraprofessionals
Qualifications & Desired

Experience:
  • Valid Special Education Teaching Certification
  • Experience in K-5 Life Skills and academic programming preferred
  • Ability to adapt to diverse learning needs and implement differentiated instruction
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver individualized lesson plans
  • Foster a supportive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment
  • Manage IEP goals and work collaboratively with paraprofessionals
  • Regularly assess and address student progress
