What we're looking for:
  • Valid state certification in Special Education
  • Experience-or passion-for supporting students with diverse learning needs
  • Flexibility and adaptability in both elementary (grades 3-4) and middle school (grades 7-8) co-teaching environments
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teaching
  • Desire to take on a full-time travel opportunity onsite
Key responsibilities:
  • Co-teach in classroom settings with groups of fewer than 10 students
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Partner with general education teachers and support staff
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative learning environment
  • Track student progress, communicate with families, and support educational goals
