Qualifications:- Valid and active Virginia Occupational Therapist license required
- Previous school-based OT experience preferred, but strong new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, parents, and staff
- Ability to manage responsibilities across multiple school locations
- Commitment to supporting diverse learners and advocating for student needs
- Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to a varied K12 caseload
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, and related service providers to create inclusive educational environments
- Maintain organized records of assessments, interventions, and student progress
- Provide training and resources to staff and families on fine motor, sensory processing, and adaptive skills
- Travel between 23 assigned school sites each week
