Childrens Art Teacher

Overview

Become a part‑time Children’s Art/STEAM Teacher, teaching 18‑month to 12‑year‑old students how to create art and science projects. Positions are available on a permanent or seasonal basis.

• Lead art and STEM classes and camps, creating and facilitating hands‑on projects.
• Teach students with ages ranging from toddlers to early teens, using materials such as paint, clay, plastic, and experimental media.
• Be available at least three afternoons per week during the school year; additional hours are available during no‑school periods and summer.
• Work flexible hours, including afternoons, mornings, evenings, and weekends as scheduled.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and encouraging learning environment where students can explore and get messy.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable vehicle required; possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Enjoy working with children, creative, enthusiastic, and dependable.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for engaging young learners.
• Experience with art or STEM instruction is preferred but not mandatory.

• 10–35 hours per week on an average basis.
• Paid training provided.
