Job DescriptionQualifications:
- Previous experience as an instructional assistant in a public school system or experience working with groups of children preferred.
- Basic reading, writing, and computation skills; good written and oral communication skills; basic computer skills preferred.
- Applicants must meet the requirements for a Title I paraprofessional, including a high school diploma or its recognized equivalent and
- Must have met one of the following options: completed two years of study (48 credit hours) at an institution of higher education; hold an associate’s (or higher) degree; have passed the Parapro Assessment through ETS.
Proof of highly qualified certification must be attached to your application to be considered for this position.
Job DetailsAssignment: Full time / 10 months / 183 days
Salary: $24,736 to $40,723 Per Year
Pay Rate:
Instructional Assistant Grade C2b Salary Scale (credit is based on years of full-time experience in a related position)
Start Date: Effective with the 2026‑2027 school year.
