• Valid Virginia School Psychologist license (required)
• Experience conducting psychological evaluations in school settings
• Familiarity with K-8 developmental stages and challenges
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

• Complete 60-80 psychological evaluations per academic year, focusing solely on psych testingno educational assessments required
• Interpret assessment data and prepare comprehensive reports for use in educational planning
• Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators regarding student needs and strategies
• Participate in meetings to support Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and student interventions
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation, adhering to ethical and legal standards
