Step into a dynamic school setting supporting students at both the elementary and middle school levels as a contract-based School Psychologist. You’ll play a vital role in fostering student growth and emotional well-being across two welcoming campuses, while enjoying a consistent Monday-Friday schedule with 8-hour days and a 30-minute lunch break. This role begins as early as August 3rd (with flexibility up to August 24th to coincide with the student start date) and continues through the second week of June next year.

Your expertise will help shape positive educational experiences for students through psychological evaluations, counseling, and behavioral assessments. With a manageable annual caseload of 60-80 psychological evaluations, you’ll focus exclusively on psych testing—no educational testing responsibilities. Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and student counseling are also central parts of your role, enabling you to make real, lasting impacts.

Qualifications and Desired Experience
  • Current, valid certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Experience or formal training completing psychological evaluations in K-8 school settings
  • Strong skills in administering, scoring, and interpreting psychological tests and assessments
  • Experience conducting FBAs and providing counseling services to students
  • Clear communication and collaborative abilities to work with teachers, administrators, and families
  • Passion for supporting student emotional health and academic success
Core Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations (60-80 per year)
  • Perform Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and interpret results
  • Lead individual or small-group counseling sessions with students
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams regarding evaluation outcomes and student needs

Contribute to strategies supporting positive behaviors and emotional growth

If you’re energized by the opportunity to support students and educators in a vibrant school environment, we encourage you to take the next step. Apply now and make a meaningful difference in young lives throughout the upcoming school year!
