• Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a School Psychologist
• Proven experience conducting psychological evaluations and assessments in a school setting
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff
• Knowledge of IEP development and implementation
• Familiarity with Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI) frameworks

• Conduct psycho-educational assessments to identify students learning and behavioral needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop customized intervention and support strategies
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP planning and reviews
• Provide counseling services to students individually and in groups as needed
• Support crisis intervention and prevention strategies within the school community
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
