Job Type: Both full and part time positions available for the 2026-27 school year starting in mid August.
Linton Hall School is seeking a dedicated Instructional Assistant to join our school grounded in Benedictine values. The ideal candidate will provide support to teachers in a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the classroom.
Essential Job Functions- Assists with instruction and supervision of lessons or play
- Encourages appropriate behavior and participation during class time and events
- Monitors lunch and recess times as scheduled
- Gives individual assistance to students when appropriate in support of the lesson or activity
- Assists with clerical needs, routines of the school day, and all necessary cleanup
- Interacts with parents, administration, co-workers, and school community in a manner that is professional and reflective of the charism of the Benedictine Sisters of VA
- High School Diploma
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
