Solutions That Empower People, Inc. (STEP), a multifaceted community action agency, has an opening for a full‑time 10‑month Head Start Teacher Assistant in Franklin County, VA.
Responsibilities- Assist in the planning and carrying out of the educational program and the day‑to‑day operations of the Head Start classroom.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current CDA credential or Early Childhood Education certificate.
- At least one year of experience working with preschool‑age children.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Hourly wages: $14.44 - $18.69.
