• Be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
• Implement the proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum using engaging characters to make learning fun.
• Build relationships with families and colleagues to create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing children’s latest adventures and achievements through mobile apps and personal discussions.

• Have a genuine passion for the education and care of children.
• Have at least six months of professional teaching experience (preferred one year).
• Have an associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred); a high school diploma or GED (required).

There are applicable state licensing requirements for the role.
