Hours:
20.92 hours/weekly. Includes one night per week and one Saturday per month. Schedule flexibility including occasional evenings and weekends may be required to accommodate community events or meetings and special classes. This is a PTO-accruing position.
General Description Of Duties:
Delivers library materials and services, readers' advisory, research instruction, and educational classes and events to adults, teens, and children at mobile sites, including but not limited to assisted living facilities, childcare centers, community centers, neighborhoods, and schools.
Distinguishing Features:
Primary leadership role in Westmoreland County outreach to adults, teens, and children. Is responsive to the changing needs of a diverse service area by evolving methods for directly connecting the community to library services beyond branch walls.
Schedule:
- Mondays: 12:00pm-4:00pm
- Tuesdays: 9:00am-1:00pm
- Wednesdays: 12:00pm-4:00pm
- Thursdays: 12:00pm-4:00pm
- Fridays: 12:00pm-4:00pm
- 1st Saturdays: 9:00am-1:00pm
