Friendship Baptist Church in Woodbridge, VA, is seeking a part-time Senior Pastor to serve as spiritual leader and primary shepherd. This role emphasizes expository preaching, pastoral care, and a vision driven by scripture, with an elder-led team to guide growth and missional outreach.
Qualified candidates will meet biblical elder/pastor criteria, affirm the Baptist Faith and Message 2000, and demonstrate discipleship leadership; seminary training is preferred.
