Job Summary
The Instructional Designer supports the CRG
- Events & Training Team in the maintenance of its blended learning library. Under supervision, this position contributes to the design and development of large- and small-scale training events and special projects, with a particular focus on CFC tool tutorial maintenance, tutorial development, and ongoing e-learning programs.
- Maintains existing programs within CFC’s blended learning library, ensuring materials remain functional, up-to-date and provide a quality U|X.
- Supports creation and development of scoped ILT, vILT , eLearning training courses and performance support tools from scripting to detailed storyboarding to development utilizing input from SMEs.
- Generates monthly participation impact reports and dashboards, and coordinates development and dissemination of marketing materials with CRG colleagues.
- Administers member permission, support, and enrollment into the correct training curricula for a given product or learning path in learning management system (LMS).
- Drives process improvement for member support solutions across products and education.
- Produces internal and external PowerPoint presentations for CFC staff.
- Produces and coordinates logistics for webinars, virtual learning classes, and workshops with CFC staff.
- Coordinates CPE compliance with CRG colleagues.
- Responds to training-related questions and support requests from our member s.
- Educational Requirements:
High school diploma/GED - Minimum Experience : two ( 2 ) years in E-learning or marketing

Benefits & Additional InformationThe expected base salary range for this position is $60,000 – $81,000, with the final offer determined based on factors such as experience, scope of the role, and demonstrated skills and competencies. In addition to base pay, CFC offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package, including an annual incentive opportunity, designed to support employees’ well-being and long-term success.
