About This Role
A co‑teacher is responsible for the care and well‑being of 16 children ages 2‑5. Co‑teachers are paired with another co‑teacher, making our highest ratio 1:8.
What You’ll DoA co‑teacher is responsible for lesson planning, conducting meaningful interactions with the children, classroom management, keeping a tidy classroom, communicating with families, ensuring the safety of all children, and helping to create a positive and happy environment.
RequirementsMust be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma. Experience preferred but not mandatory.
Nice To Haves- CDA in early childhood education
- Associate’s in early childhood education
- Bachelor’s in early childhood education
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Paid federal holidays, paid Christmas, Thanksgiving, and Easter vacation. No nights, no weekends.
