Medication Aid Adjunct Instructor

RCC invites you to apply for an Adjunct Instructor for the Medication Aid Program at our Glenns, Warsaw or Kilmarnock Satellite Campus. Join our team as a Medication Aide Program Instructor to prepare students for Registered Medication Aide (RMA) licensure through the Virginia Board of Nursing. In this role, you will deliver classroom instruction and practical skills lab training, equipping students to safely administer medications in assisted living and long-term care settings.

This position will include instructing students in core pharmacology, dosage calculations, medical terminology, drug classifications, side effects, infection control, and proper EHR/MAR documentation. The incumbent will teach and demonstrate safe administration across oral, topical, inhaled, ophthalmic, otic, and nasal routes. This role will also demonstrate and evaluate student clinical skills in compliance with Virginia Board of Nursing regulations and maintain all required student records pursuant to 18
