Safety Coordinator (Full‑Time)

We’re looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Safety Coordinator to join our team and help support safety initiatives across our operations.

• Develop, implement, and maintain company safety programs and procedures.
• Conduct safety orientations and training for new and existing employees.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, federal, state, and company safety standards.
• Support supervisors and field crews in identifying hazards before work begins.
• Perform site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near‑mises and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, training, and incident reports.
• Promote proactive safety practices including near‑miss reporting and safety observations.
• Monitor PPE usage and overall safety equipment condition.
• Collaborate with leadership and field personnel to maintain a strong safety culture.

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health, Safety Management, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in a safety‑related role.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and safety management software.
• Valid driver’s license required.

• OSHA 30‑Hour Certification.
• First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor Certification.

• Visiting industrial and construction job sites.
• Exposure to outdoor weather conditions, noise, vibration, and moving mechanical parts.
